After the modular rubber goes a coir mat. Coir mats complete the cleaning of shoes of the visitors and are set in the vestibules and corridors. Coir mat keeps cleaning footwear, collects the rests of sand, water and other dirt, preventing distribution of dirt and protecting the cover of the floor from damages.
For example one square meter of the coir mat collects from 3 to 5 kilograms of dirt. So the people, who go through entrance equipped with mat system, should not leave dirty traces inside.
Coir mats "Pile coating" consist of 100% polypropylene 14 mm pile, fused in the rubber water resistant basis. That is why it can absorb 4-5 kg of dirt and 5-6 liters of water per 1 square meter.
We produce coir carpets of any shape and size. By request of the customer they can be set in the special rubber frame.
Coir mats need care. Daily cleaning with vacuum cleaner provides high effectiveness of dirt collection and attractive appearance of the product. After being filled by 50% or more the carpets need to be washed. Coir mats are easy to be washed by washing vacuum cleaners or strong sheet of water because of their water-resistant basis. It is enough to wash the carpets 3-4 times per year.
