Molded grating

Molded gratings are made of bearing bars of different sizes and special prepared transverse rods (the process is based on molding of one bar into another). Anticorrosive protection is made by means of hot-dip galvanizing method according to the standard EN ISO 1461.

Molded grating is applied at elements of the enter groups in buildings with high attendance, covers for pits, idewalks on the bridges for pedestrians, and equipping sites for lifts at ski resorts.

Scheme of molded grating:

• The height of bearing bar, h - 20-50 mm
• The thickness of bearing bar, c - 2-3 mm
• Maximum length of the grating - 2100 mm
• Maximum width of the grating - 1700 mm
• Step of the bearing bars - 11 (example - meshes 11x33, 11x55, 33x33)
