Polymer concrete channels, gutters, trays

Polymer concrete is a kind of structural material consisting of mineral filler (for example: river sand, crushed marble, silica sand, etc.) and polyester resin. Polymer concrete is successfully used in different areas of buiding industry. By applying modern technologies and special composition of the material, Standartpark can produce polymer concrete channels of a high quality.

Polymer concrete channels are twice stronger than the one made of ordinary concrete. They are not susceptible to aggressive environments. They are waterproof, frost-resisting, and have high durability and capacity for strikes and dynamic activity. The useful life of polymer concrete channels, if keeping all the reccomendations for their installation, can be up to 30 years. Smooth surface of the polymer concrete channels provides better throughput and self-cleaning. They are used for areas with low load classes (class A15) general purpose channels DN100, and for areas with high load classes (class E600) chanels series Maxi.

Polymer concrete channels are presented in 5 series: DN100 H60, DN100 H100, DN100 H125 , Maxi DN110 и Maxi DN160.
